Weather-LOCK is a revolutionary weather-protectant basecoat for all steel tubing. It significantly extends the lifespan of tubes, especially in extreme or unique environments where the possibility of corrosion is increased.

Weather-LOCK is a basecoat composed of a carefully engineered zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy. The synergistic strength of these elements provides superior protection from corrosion than coatings with differing ratios. This specific composition creates a dense and durable protective layer, shielding the underlying steel from harsh environments.

Weather-LOCK is applied through a hot-dip process and can be covered with LJT’S signature Lock-On-Galv clearcoat for additional protection.
