Features/Properties

The Plating Quality market uses a base material referred to as “Satin”.  Satin material has an Ra value of 18 maximum.  This is a Cold Rolled product which at the final stage uses super smooth rolls allowing the material to be very bright and shiny when nickel/chrome plated.

• Direct of mill cut: 60” – 300”
• Saw Cut/Deburred,
• Greider Cut/Deburred, Round and Octagonal Tubes having a Chamfered and Faced end
• Tubes exhibiting Laser Cut features

Sizes: Gauges from .033 minimum wall (20 gauge) and up to .109 minimum wall (11 gauge)
