LJT welds our tubing in a round form and provides shaping downstream through a series of engineered tooling. LJT can position the weld seam to a customer's preferred location. We can also offer plug and ring gauge requirements to capture key product dimensions to ensure peak product performance such as mandrel fit (e.g. mandrel bending, mandrel hole punching), telescoping fit (e.g. series of tubular shapes telescoping together, or insert interference fit (e.g. end caps).
